Job Description :
We are recruiting a Versatile Logistics and Customs Employee to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimal management of our logistics and customs operations. You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, planning operational tasks, and preparing customs files. Your role will also involve close collaboration with our transport teams and proactive communication with our clients.
Your main tasks :
- Managing incoming and outgoing orders.
- Planning operational tasks.
- Preparing customs and excise files and handling administrative duties.
- Close collaboration with transport teams (national and international).
- Clear and proactive communication with clients.
You are our ideal candidate if :
- You have experience in logistics and customs management / excise duties.
- You are solution-oriented and have a constant focus on quality (ISO 9001 – FSSC 22000).
- You are precise, proactive, and flexible.
- You ideally speak French and Dutch (bilingual F/NL).
- You have an excellent team spirit.
